At Claytis.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with products that meet the highest standards.
- Warranty Coverage: All products sold on Claytis.com are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Any issues arising from failure to follow the product’s instructions.
- Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at Sales@Claytis.com or submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request on our website with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect (if applicable). We will review your claim and, if approved, provide you with further instructions for repair, replacement, or refund.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Claytis.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Some items may not be eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@Claytis.com or submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request on our website with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your case and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: For returns where the product is not defective and the return is not due to any fault of Sales@Claytis.com, a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges for defective or damaged items.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at Sales@Claytis.com and follow the return process outlined above.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Digital product (e.g., software, license).
- Gift cards.
- Sell as-is items.
5. Return Exceptions
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale / Sell as-is” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive your order and it is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at Sales@Claytis.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

Claytis.com reserves the right to interpret, clarify, or modify any terms and conditions within this policy at its sole discretion. In the event of disputes or uncertainties regarding the policy, the company’s explanation and interpretation shall be considered final and binding.
